How does Botikato source pieces?

We work directly with maison ateliers, trusted boutiques and a vetted network of specialists across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Asia to secure pieces — including allocated and waitlisted ones — for our private clients.

Is every piece authenticated?

Yes. Every piece passes through our authentication specialists before dispatch and ships in original maison packaging. Provenance documentation is available on request.

How do I begin a sourcing brief?

Send a brief through our contact form, by email or via WhatsApp with the maison, model, leather/material, hardware, size and any references you have. Our concierge typically replies within 24 hours.

How is payment handled?

Once your brief is confirmed in writing, we issue an invoice with payment details. Title passes on cleared funds; risk passes on collection by the carrier.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via fully insured, signature-required couriers, with white-glove or hand-delivery available in selected cities on request.

What about duties and taxes?

International deliveries may incur import duties and taxes payable on receipt. We can quote and ship DDP (delivered duty paid) on request.

Can I return a piece?

Given the allocated nature of our service, confirmed orders are non-refundable. Where a piece is materially not as described we will arrange an exchange or refund at our discretion.

How is my privacy protected?
