Delivery
Every piece is dispatched in maison packaging via fully insured, signature-required courier. Hand-delivery is available in selected cities on request.
Lead times
Lead times depend on the piece. Each commission follows the maison's allocation and production calendar; an indicative window is confirmed in writing once your piece is secured.
Duties & taxes
International deliveries may incur import duties and taxes payable on receipt. We can ship DDP on request and quote accordingly.
Returns & exchanges
Given the allocated nature of our service, confirmed orders are non-refundable. Where a piece is materially not as described, we will arrange an exchange or refund at our discretion, in original condition with all accessories and documentation.
